Hotel Maximilian - Stadthaus Penz

The room was neat with 2 separate bathrooms, had wake-up service, that's cool. Having a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets was a bonus. The hotel had a very central location and it was near Kaufhaus Tyrol Shopping Mall.

Liked hotel' s staff and location, had a really good stay on the activities that saved our time. Generally everything was perfect, yet the bathroom was tiny.

I appreciated the hotel, it was contemporary and fairly clean.

The hotel was efficient and wonderful, and the staff were polite, appreciated the awesome location adjacent to old town, center of old town, the Christmas markets.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Innsbruck. It was a very comfortable experience, I thoroughly enjoyed staff and rooms.

It had every detail we needed, we liked location and staff. Lots of supplies in the room: a safe box, a minibar and an electronic key card😃😀

No complaints whatsoever, the venue exceeded all expectations, recommend it. I enjoyed staff and food, which were nice.

The breakfast was varied with bread, meats and fresh fruit, the bed was really big. Automated check-in and efficient service. Not to mention efficient wifi!

we had a nice stay because of the plunge pool. the location was stunning, within walking distance of rapoldipark. pleasant view, a small balcony, big bed, too. staff were absolutely lovely, impeccable service.

Clean and traditional hotel, fairly good staff and airy rooms. It included a comfy bed and an open bathroom. Personalized service offered in this venue too. We had the most really unforgettable few days there.

I loved the hotel, it had ideal location and staff. Extremely large beds in a comfortable bedroom. It was across the pedestrian area. Easy check in and late check out. There were strong internet and discounted parking available. Nothing too much trouble, thank you for a very nice stay...

Our junior suite included a mini fridge bar, a personal safe and a work desk. And it's not too far from downtown. We would stay here again, if we come to Innsbruck...

enjoyed it. wanted to explore innsbruck and this hotel was superb base for doing it. the restaurant was located within 600 feet.

The room was small, we expected better.

Comfortable room, helpful staff. 600 feet away there is Cafe Munding. Excellent base for vacation in Innsbruck. Even the Kranebitten airport was not so far.

One could dine at restaurants such as Gasthof Weisses Rossl 10 minutes away. The hotel's setting within a walking distance of everything we wanted to explore, like goldenes dachl. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose maximilian.
